Overview
Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as it arrived. It must also be in its original packaging.
Some types of products cannot be returned. Perishable items like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept items like lingerie, hygiene products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.
Additionally, products that cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care products
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted:
Books with signs of use
Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records
Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (unless our error)
Items returned after 30 days of delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your return. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Once approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Incomplete Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to officially reflect.
Then contact your bank. There’s usually a waiting period for the refund to be processed.

Discounted Products
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be returned.
Change
We only exchange defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange for the same item, please email us at {email address} and ship your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift recipient had the order shipped to them and returned it to you later, the refund will be issued to the gift recipient, and they will be notified of your return.
Returns by Shipping
To return your product, you must send it to the following address: {physical address}.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning higher-value items, you may consider using a shipping service with a tracking number or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that the returned product will reach us.
